Yes the latest ship in a long time is a paper design. You may now crucify me in the comment section.
My original plan was to do the Gangut, but I ran into issues with the turrets.

THIS IS NOT A DRIVEABLE VEHICLE, AND I WILL NEVER MAKE IT ONE, SO PLEASE, DO NOT BOTHER ASKING.

Fully rigged, use a model tool to tamper with moving parts.

Skvortsov M1907 22000t Battleship (1907 as designed) (normal, skybox)

Historical notes:
This model is based off the 22000t September 1907 design proposal by D.V. Skvortsov. Previous designs had the secondary battery mounted on turrets, which were redesigned into casemates for this variant.
The design was ultimately not used, with the Gangut class of 1913 being based off a Bubnov design.

This model has some minor differences from the paper design; the mainmast has been moved from the quarterdeck to amidships, the 47mm signal guns have been moved from the conning towers to the edge of the casemate structures and two Maxim guns have been added on the fore conning tower.

Armament consisted of 5x2 305mm Obukhov M1907 guns, 14x1 120mm Vickers M1905 guns, 4x1 47mm Hotchkiss signal guns and 5x1 450mm fixed torpedo tubes.
This model also adds 2x1 7.62mm Maxim guns.
