Description
Disables the Formation Phase, for a more Alvora/Voidspire experience.

How does it work:
- Next time you load you save, and save it, you game will have the Formation phase disabled
- If you start a new run with the mod on, be sure to do the steps above, otherwise the mod wont enable unless you next saving

Don't suppose there is a mod that does the exact opposite, keeping the formation selection but removing all crew members other than the 'selected' character outside of battle?
So we don't have to play centipede just to try n cut down a tree or sneak attack a monster?
Also entering small buildings can be a bit... 'busy', kinda hard to see whats going on
