Louis with his new costume and "Bill" is on his way

This mod includes:
1.Model itself
2.Boomer texture
3.Vgui included
4. Fps hands
4.Should work with custom head skins
6. There is no weapons in thirdperson view (So no weapons fly in front of his face except second pistol)
