Battleborn ISIC Voicepack

Julian wasn't the first AI created by Dr. Raymond Shen. Before him, there was ISIC. He was programmed to save humans, but due to lack of physical unit he couldn't fulfill his programming, which drove him mad. Now, armed with actual body and unhealthy obsession with breaking kneecaps and ripping arms, he's ready to do what he was made to do.

He has his own radio filter
No names or anything that wouldn't fit Xcom
While he likes to swear, he's pretty good at bleeeping bad words
WotC not required, but full support for heroes granted
Like all my robots, available for SPARK, but funnier as normal soldier

Cosmetics:
I've used Augmentations for robotic body and Energy Capes and Porcelin Doll for face.

Since a lot of people ask, to run Vanilla-made voicepacks in WotC I suggest using Alternative Mod Launcher[github.com].
