Caterpillar C16 800 Twin Turbo

Description
This mod adds a twin turbo version of the Caterpillar C16 with 597 kW / 800 Hp and 2803 Ib-ft / 3800 Nm* for the following trucks:

- Freightliner Argosy (by Harven)
- Kenworth K100-E (by MrOverfloater)
- Kenworth W900
- Kenworth W900B (by GTM)
- Peterbilt 389
- Peterbilt 389 V2 (by Viper2-GER)



*the maximum torque is between 950 and 1450 rpm

I'm unaware if it's something on my end, but I would absolutely love to see this supported on the JonRuda Highway Killer Kenworth W900 mod. If you could make that work that'd be awesome! Totally understand if you can't tho.

Okay, I need to create this engine mod for this truck before you can use it.
For this, however, I need the mod of the truck and I need some time to create an update.
