Useful pistol zoom

Description
Do you find yourself never using the pisol iron sights because it's hard to tell where you're aiming and it barely zoom in at all?

This simple mod (hopefully) makes the iron sights actually useful.

I knew the pistol was off while aiming down sights, nice fix.
