AWG's W/S Thruster Throttle Controller

NOTE: Be very careful with the config, it can be finicky! Be careful with your naming and ownership :)

This script is a heavily customisable and hopefully performance friendly
one made to give user keyboard control over thruster override.

W to increase, S to decrease. The rate of change is also configurable.

You can set a minimum and maximum thrust (to prevent stalling, or
power overload)
There is a setting for thrusters hanging at 1%, or auto shut-off.

You can toggle timer usage and trigger points.
(Whether timers activate at a certain user-defined thrust level)
Supports screen display for both dedicated text/LCD panels or
cockpits/other blocks with in-built screens.

Usage Examples:
Planes and helicopters to reduce constant need to press-W, to save fuel, to
allow for easy hovering without toolbar spam. Naval ships for different-speed
cruising, space ships for power saving techniques.
