The Planet Astrion was once a thriving eden of life, with diverse biomes and a rich and beautiful landscape. A true paradise. But that is now just a distant memory. Today the Legion home world is a hazardous and barren wasteland. Centuries of immense industry and civil war has left the planet scared and scorched with its atmosphere heavily polluted with nothing left of its thriving ecosystem but charred trees and lifeless fields of shrubs. Its vast oceans have dried up leaving nothing but shallow lakes of polluted water, tainted red by the poisonous soil around them. The surface is further ravaged by deadly dust and ion storms. Acid rain regularly falls on its already decaying surface. Its northern pole, a cold and lifeless blight, covered in radioactive snow. Yet the Legion continues to thrive and grow amid the toxic landscape of their home. Deep below the surface, immense subterranean cities shelter the Legion people from the horrors of their world, while above, massive industrial complexes covering huge swaths of land continue to pollute the already dying atmosphere, churning out ever growing numbers of ships, tanks, and munitions supplying the unquenchable thirst for war that plagues the inhabitants of Astrion.

This is my first actual mod. I have long thought what kind of world my faction would come from and decided to make one. This is ever evolving. As I learn more about modding planets, I will implement new features and landscapes.
• -Resources: All resources spawn on the surface.
• -Gravity: 1.1G
• -Oxygen: Low (unbreathable)
• -Temperature: always cold
• -Wind Speed: very fast (favorable for wind energy)
• -Recommended Size: 80km to 120km
Weathers:
- Dust Storms: Effects oxygen and solar panel efficiency, degrading both as the storms get more severe.
- Ion Storm: Similar effects as vanilla electrical storms but substantially more dangerous. Immediately seek cover and establish contingencies to protect your structures as a single ion storm can completely destroy unprotected vehicles and buildings.
- Snow: Mainly isolated to the northern pole of the planet but not very severe
- Rain: Somewhat rare. Better air quality and temperature.

• Custom Clouds.
• Legion themed NPC, ship, and station spawns.
• Custom animal spawns.
• More diverse terrain and biomes.
• Legion themed random encounters.
