Description
Lore: Captain Blade sat at a console in a construction bay stunned that once again Aleena and the think tanks from Shendar and Hawk industries managed to once again pull a rabbit and refit the Bepi fleet with DuraMax armor after upgrading them to Galdax Thrusters. Even managing to finally tame the somewhat tempermental Xabrium Reactors and get them to work with the new computer systems. As he looked over the figures for the blueprints and construction timeline he thought how crazy it was that Aleena was only 15, yet was the super genious technopath but could easily outthink many of her adult counterparts in the engineering divisions. Darius Shendar of Shendar industries had learned to give her all the leeway she needed when she started messing with figures and blueprints. Yeland Hawk often joked that she gave him a headache whenever she would present technical plans to any of the command staff and that his old brain couldn't keep up with it all anymore. As he was lost in his thoughts Captain Blade was momentarily startled by Lt Kaol. "Sir we're ready to load the Xabrium into the ship and fire up the reactors" he said. Captain Blade nodded his head in approval and Kaol yelled across the bay to load the Xabrium. As the pilot in the cockpit pressed the reactor ignition switch nothing happened. "Hang on I think I've got it" Aleena yelled to the pilot, quickly working some techno magic as the others would joke. After she gave the thumbs up to the pilot, the Xabrium reactors fired up. Darius saw the ship starting to power up as he stood next to his old friends. "Rather fitting that the next generation of ships be built by the next generation of pilots" Darius said. All of them agreed though hoped that with the new tech being deployed, and help from the allied races the war could end quickly.

Notes:
I was dissatisfied with the performance of many vanilla blocks in game so I decided to put together an era mod of my own to address many of those issues. This is the first full ship of the line from that completed work which also allowed me to upgrade previous mods of mine. Redoing my oldest dreadnought design resulted in the Jx 950 Bepi Dreadnought, refit for the 2125 era. Since my mod changed quite a few things from vanilla values and added some new functionality that wasn't there before, it took some experimentation to get something I liked. The Bepi is meant to operate away from bases for longer periods of time while also being a support base for its 2 fighter crews. If you want something to keep those space pirates at bay, secure your borders, or just want to put around in a big ship cause reasons, then this is the ship for you. Equipped with enough tools and arsenal to deal with most major threats and a built in repair system to help keep her operational. All ship weapons capable of using my Depleted Xabrium Rounds as well as FivePack Rockets for a 2125 era payload delivery to the target.

For those that want to spawn it in, she comes loaded with 100k ice, 100k xabrium, 1k of each component, 2k steel plates, 5k duramax plates and duramax grids. All lockers contain one of each bottle, a medkit and power kit, and 2 sets of elite tools. Each weapon rack contains 2 of each weapon plus 2 rounds of ammo and 4 FivePack Rockets. Armories contain 1 of each bottle, 2 guns as well as some ammo and a couple of elite tools.

Overall this dreadnought should serve you well in your endeavors. Should folks have questions or concerns about the ship please let me know and I will do my best to address them.

Acknowledgement: I realize that some people may not have all of the DLCs. As such you might be missing some of the blocks if you try to build the ship or spawn it in. Most of the items used from the DLCs are purely cosmetic and the ship can function without the blocks, but part of the looks and function of the ship may be effected due to missing storage and slight bits of convenience not being present. DLC blocks can be replaced though I recommend people have them.
