HONDA Odyssey Mk.3

Odysseyは、本田技研工業が生産・販売する高級ミニバンである。
この三代目は新開発の低床プラットフォームにより、ミニバンとしては異例である機械式立体駐車場へ入庫可能の1,550mm（四輪駆動車は1,570mm）という低全高スタイルとしながら、
3列シート7名乗車のシートレイアウトを実現した。車名ロゴは初代から継続されていた「ODYSSEY」から「OdyssEy」に変更された
ミニバンとは異なる運動性能やスポーティなデザインから、若年層やホンダが過去に生産していたスポーツモデルからの乗り換えユーザーに人気を博した。
その一方で全高の低さに起因する開放感のなさを敬遠する向きもあり、
当代モデルのキープコンセプトとして登場した4代目では、モデル末期頃における販売台数低下の原因ともなった。

The Odyssey is a luxury minivan produced and sold by Honda Motor Co., Ltd.
With the newly developed low-floor platform, this third generation has a low overall height style of 1,550 mm (1,570 mm for four-wheel drive vehicles) that can be stored in a mechanical multi-storey car park, which is unusual for a minivan.
A seat layout for 7 passengers in 3 rows has been realized. The car name logo was changed from "ODYSSEY" which had been continued from the first generation to "OdyssEy"
Due to its different athletic performance and sporty design from the minivan, it became popular with young people and users switching from sports models that Honda had produced in the past.
On the other hand, some people avoid the lack of openness caused by the low overall height.
The 4th generation, which appeared as a keep concept for the current model, also caused a decline in sales at the end of the model.
