イシュクルは、日本の架空自動車メーカーである鯱丸自動車が開発・製造している電動クーペSUVである。

先代ではボディサイズが他者モデルよりも大きく、それが災いし、同じ鯱丸製のSUVモデルに流れる結果となった。
その反省として、プラットフォームに「SHACHIMARU Group CELL-D PLATFORM」を採用し、ボディサイズを圧縮しつつも開放感のある空間を実現。
さらに、先代で好評だった「EV-qu4d」と呼ばれる電気式4WS機構を引き続き採用、Level4の自動運転技術も引き続き搭載できたため、精密化に成功。
また、先代に比べて、搭載ECU数が94個に、CAN*信号数を9900にそれぞれ増加し、高度な知能化がなされた。

二種類のバッテリーが選択でき、「95kWh」と「70kWh」が選択できる。
当モデルは「第二世代 SHACHIMARU GT」、「新型FIREBIRD」などと同様に、
「SHACHIMARU FUTURISTIC FACTORY」である「鯱丸自動車 東海第二工場」で生産される。

日本国内におけるTVCMに関しては、CMソングに往年の名曲である「AMBITIOUS JAPAN!」を某男性アイドルグループがカバーし、
同様にその5人も出演、「鯱丸の新しい夜明け」を体現、表現している。
