MetroCop Fire Death SFX Fix

Description
Introduction
It always bothers me whenever a metrocop catches on fire and just doesn't seem to react that he's on fire. Once he's dead he just doesn't scream at all. So I've decided to make a basic script that completely fixes that awkward silence after his firey death. Plus it also includes two scream types one from Hl2 Beta and RTBR ( Raising The Bar Redux ).

TLDR : Basically it fixes the missing "scream_fire.wav" so the Metrocop screams after they burn to death instead of a silent death.

ConVars
cl_metrocop_scream_type "1" - Switch between HL2 Beta Fire Screams or RTBR Fire Screams. cl_metrocop_fire_scream "1" - Enables or Disables this addon.
