Skyblock Additions

Skyblock Additions adds a couple of recipes to make it easier to accomplish various things.
The list of recipes that are currently added:

### FISHING ###
You can now get Ice Machines from Frozen/Boreal Crates (7.5% chance).
You can now get Hive Wands from Jungle/Bramble Crates (7.5% chance).
[Clicker Class] You can get Hand Cream from Wooden/Pearlwood Crates (1.86% chance).
[Clicker Class] You can get the Faulty Clicker from Golden/Titanium Crates (3.33% chance).

### NO TILE ###
- 10x Snow/Ice and Bucket into Water

### FURNACE ###
- Wood into Ash at a Furnace
- Bottomless Water & Lava Buckets -> 9 Stone Block
This recipe doesn't consume any items.
- Bottomless Water & Lava Buckets -> 9 Obsidian Block
This recipe doesn't consume any items.
- Bottomless Water Bucket & 9 Sand Blocks -> 9 Hardened Sand

### ANVIL ###
- 50 Rich Mahogany, 10 Stingers, 100 Hives, 4 Vines -> Hive Wand
- 1 Furnace, 2 Lava Buckets, 10 Obsidian, 15 Hellstone -> Hellforge

### CRYSTAL BALL ###
- 30 Recall Potions -> Magic Mirror
- 30 Recall Potions + 10 Ice -> Ice Mirror
- 50 Wood + 10 Pixie Dust -> Fallen Log
- 1 Acorn + 1 Bottomless Water Bucket -> 9 Wood
This recipe doesn't consume any items.

### ALCHEMY STATION ###
- 18 Stone Blocks into 9 Dirt Blocks

### OTHER ###
- 4 Cobweb -> (Natural) Spider Wall at a Workbench with Echo Mist
(allows for Spider Biomes to be created)
- 25 Vile Powder + 25 Daybloom Seeds -> 1 Deathweed Seeds at a Bottle
- 9 Stone Block -> 9 Sand Block at a Meat Grinder

Added to NPC shops:
### DIVERMAN ###
- Marine Block (2 gold each)
