Description
4 Operators

A patrol was ambushed while investigating a bomb threat at a local bazaar.
Insurgents have blocked the road ahead and pulled a VBIED onto the road behind,
preventing retreat. Sniper overwatch is in position but only has a visual on the street.
Eliminate hostiles, be wary of civilians, and disarm any bombs before they can detonate.

My first time trying to include civilians in a map, so we'll see how that goes! Any and all
feedback is appreciated, enjoy!

I finally got to playing this map and I really enjoyed it, I can see why it got picked in the dev list, it's got something special about it. Not enough ambush scenarios on the WS where you're in the middle of map surrended from all sides. It felt like survival. Good details, immersive, not too many enemies, the bombs added a sense of urgency. I went in with the GB boys and I love the way the replay turned out, hope you like it : https://youtu.be/e139MGOrIl4

Great map, love the randomness and need for watching your flanks! Please keep making more minimaps!

@Boatcommando it is a little harder than I meant it to be, but I've been able to 3-star it a few different ways (I made it though, so I have a leg up). One strategy I found is to use lots of smokes and keep your troops on hold fire so they don't kill the civilians. The other strategy was to lead with plenty of stingers and then follow up with lethals (frags, rockets, etc.).

The alleyway spawns I added for myself so that I would have to keep my flanks covered, it does add to the complexity though. On your recommendation though I'll play it again and probably end up turning down the extra spawns. Thanks for your input!

This is hard. Like very hard (at least if you want 3 stars). It's hard because of erratic behavior of civilian AI. I don't know why, but they loved get up from safe position and running in to the crossfire. Getting killed in the process.

Maybe reduced number of civilians a bit? Also, I'm not a big fan of enemy spawning out of nowhere without a hint that it might happen (either in the map design or description). But I can live with that.
