B-100E MBT (w/ Gun Stabilizer!)

Description
Now you can shoot on the move on rough terrain accurately! I designed this in Brick Rigs Legacy, and also tested it in Brick Rigs Legacy multiplayer, so it SHOULD work in the current versions (singleplayer and multiplayer) fine.

The B-100E was a minor modification over the B-100D, and most B-100D MBTs were upgraded to this standard.
