I threw together a quick upload with a subassemby that "mostly works". It's currently tuned poorly to shoot at surface ships (it turns too slow to track fast aircraft, it rubberbands around the target, and is very inaccurate) but you can see how it mostly works. Links to the original build that I copied it from and a video of it in action.

Edit: Second version uploaded. Changed the a/d and w/s controls mode from Sticky to Reset and sensitivity from 5% to 30%. Quick testing seems to be faster to respond, less rubberband-ing and able to work better in both surface and anti-air role.
