APFSDS Railgun shells

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Powerful anti-armor munitions capable of piercing through targets. After penetrating 2 hulls or limbs the next impact will cause the projectile to shatter, dealing additional damage in an area. Used shells can be reloaded using titanium and aluminium, similar to Canister shells.

Think that's just an issue with the game because I'm having that issue with Canister Shells and Fuel Rods despite having no mods that interact with either

I tried recycling a shell and it works fine, are you using other mods that might be conflicting?

This round is a beast. I love it. There is an issue where recycling the round doesn't use up the casing. You essentially get infinite casings from this.

I'm opening a ticket right now. It can' t be 1, has to be 0.99 or anything below 1.

I tried with 0.1 and it works, I guess it's a scale from 0 to 1

For some reason you need to use mincondition="0.99" (anything above 0)

I tried adding those but it doesn't seem to do anything, shells still deconstruct into steel even when at 100% condition

Nice, now it's powerful. 220% dmg vs armored and 110% vs unarmored. I see you've added aluminium to the recipe, too. There's a typo: esplosive instead of explosive.
If you want to make it deconstruct properly, add this under steel:
<Item identifier="aluminium" mincondition="1" />
<Item identifier="titanium" mincondition="1" />

Yea I tested it a bit more and the damage didn't really justify the titanium cost so I increased it, the projectile should be way more lethal now. thx for the feedback
