Level 20, Size Class 2 (1.51), armored concrete structure

changes made;
recoloured entire structure,
upgraded from concrete to armored
replaced 2 small solar panels with fullsized, resized each concrete foundation under them.
added Deconstructer,
removed Small Constructors
added 2 more Solar Capacitors
colour coded items to be more visible
added bed and tv
renamed cargo boxes.
changed Rocket to Minigun Towers
moved 2 Rocket to Roof
removed SV platform, now small sv can land right on roof,
added lights throught out, include around outside area of base

**Future plans**
underground room entrance in garage for shield, offline protection, etc.
