MCRN-Ballista-T4 RE

Description
This is my latest modification to the famous MCRN-Ballista-T4 by Jeff Randall. I added some shutters to protect the thrusters and another layer of combat steel in front, maxed out the CPUs (1/2/5)
Tested in RE.. This is a great tank. Thanks Jeff for you great design.
