Season 1; Bonus CQB level: Inconvenience store

In 0700 when the Central Banks raised its shutter to begin their day, they were attacked by a group of heavily armed men. Despite being outgunned and out manned, the out gunned, the bank security held the assailants long enough for the first responders to arrive at the scene. After a brief exchange of gunfire, the would be bank robbers escaped in a red vehicle. While attempting to lose the police, the criminals tried to go around a local convenience store but ended up crashing into a civilian delivery van. The civilian driver died immediately upon impact, while at least one perpetrator is assumed to be badly hurt.

The robbers have barricaded themselves in the building, taking many unfortunate shoppers and shop employees as hostages. They have made no demands as of yet, and all our attempts at opening negotiations have proven futile. From what we can observe, the situation for the perpetrators are getting desperate and tempers are flaring. It won't be long before some unfortunate civilian gets hurt. We can not wait on the hope that the perpetrators will make contact or surrender their arms.

Fortunately our tech experts have managed to hack into the wireless network and have gathered information through CCTV cameras and computer cams that there are at least one hostage held in the central office (likely the store manager and Owner Mr. Ramesh Kumar) and two employees are held behind the counter. Most of the shoppers are probably kept in the main shopping area. There are more than a dozen hostiles armed with automatic rifles and kevlar.

Your team has been given the task of bringing order to chaos, either by rescuing the hostages or clearing all hostiles from the area. Be advised: Hostages are being used as human shields to cover the windows on the front side of the store, in an attempt to discourage a frontal assault.
