Seeing as I keep using gravity drives without much explanation on how they work or how to set them up I figured I'd show off one of the craft that I use to help visualize how they function. This Dart Ship has symmetrical placement of mass blocks and gravity generators clear see for anyone onboard. The script I've been using for my ships using this set up has been removed from the workshop, so if anyone wants it, it's still in the Programming blocks in this craft.

While I've done a few different layouts for each gravity drive over ships, this one likely makes the most sense to look at it, with each engine being set up to act in 2 axis, and having evenly arranged around the central axis of the ship gives uniform thrust, as the top and bottom ones get the Horizontal , while the left and right ones handle the Vertical, with all of them handling the Forward and Back thrust, giving good linear motion.

Note that each engine segment is grouped separately, this keeps the gravity fields produced by the engines tight to the engine itself. Grouping Every Gravity Drive Together Does make it more powerful, but you get a dramatic increase in the gravity field sizes, making walking around the interior or exterior of the ship rather difficult, along with the increased energy use.

Sorry to see you go from SE. As for how it's working I've not changed a thing, it runs without timers, and what errors it gives don't inhibit its functions, iirc it's got a minor complaint with a display features. If and when I upload it I will give you full credit, I certainly couldn't have come up with it. Take care and well wishes.

The original script (TOG) was removed because it used old API instructions and the old timer setup for triggering. As I understand, Space Engineers has moved past such scripting block/timer setups, and I have moved pasted Space Engineers itself.

That said, you have my full permission to re-upload the script with any fixes or modifications. All I ask is that you state that is based off of my old removed script.
