restart your computer if that doesn't work uninstall and reinstall steam itself REMEMBER THE PASSWORD AND STUFF

I have already, ive reinstalled, verifyed files disabled all the mods and re-enabled. Nothing works :P

And the mods seem to work fine, ive just got some texture issues but the issues were only there once I redownloaded all my mods :P

I dont actually know :( I cant upload on any game at all, ive got like 10 really good builds to go up for scrap and some for dcb but it just doesnt work
