Bumper car

Description
This is a bumper car, an older type. I wanted to try how small I can make a car and some other experiments, so I made this one.

It shows in the year 1990 and has a wheelbase of 0.9m

How do you get the tires to not fall of or sink into the ground? Leaving everything default makes it sink and changing the tire size makes the rear tires fall off immediately.
