Hey Tmau, https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2441279379&searchtext=grenade+reskin try this addon. It'll replace the regular grenade hold but not the quick grenade.

the world model is working fine,but in my head selecting the grenade or using g to quick grenade it appers the hl2 default grenade model
