The quality of the model is poor because the car does not have a special role in the game

Note:
I can slightly change the texture \appearance of the model, for example, if I could not find the original texture, or it was not created at all

why polsa is only appears in props but not in vehicles

Nice mod! Just thought I'd point out when you spawn it in Gmod it's rear wheel drive by default even though the real Saab 900 is front wheel drive.
