Back Weapon Fix

Description
Fixes an issue causing energy to not regenerate and characters to not be able to take damage with Soljik's Back Weapon mod.

This fix may not be compatible with mods like Frackin' Universe, RPG Growth and Omeruin's race stat mod.

This fix is deprecated once again. Please unsubscribe from this mod.

This mod is no longer necessary since the fix has been added to Back Weapon itself.

Not only the energy still doesn't regenerate, but the actual backweapon stops rendering completely.

Still can't regen with this, assuming that other mods are conflicting.
