Fixes an issue with vanilla code that causes supply pod pins to get stuck on the HUD.
Will remove stuck Supply Pod Pins as well on save game load.

You can shut this mod off in the native Mod Options menu section anytime dynamically and original routines will take over.

When the developers fix this in their code, you can turn this mod off in Mod Options.
