Invader Zim - GIR (Portrait Only)

Adds a simple Portrait/Species ONLY GIR from Invader Zim.

I have tried implementing this as a proper Submod to the 'Invader Zim - Irken Race' mod and possibly add GIR as a Robot pop you can assemble via GIR Production Factories or having a pop of GIR spawn on Irk at the start of the game...

But my modding skill is too low for any such thing, and alas after literal hours up late trying I have failed and so I put this onto the workshop and-

I give EVERYONE and ANYONE full permission to use my work here to properly implement this, with credit or not I don't care I just want to see this integrated into the 'Invader Zim - Irken Race' mod :'(
