Lulutai Airlines was founded 2020 by the Government of Tonga. Lulutai Airlines began commercial flight operations on 24Sep2020, a day after the granting of its Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) by the Tongan Civil Aviation Division. It's entire staff and planes was taken from private-owned Real Tonga Airlines
