so i checked myself, with the devs of ace3 and even more testing:
It does not work
the dll files "clipboard" and "break_line" are ESSENTIAL to running ace_arsenal and ace_interaction_menu and possibly more
so yeah :(
no such thing as a dll less ace

I'm not entirely sure to be honest? A friend requested that I make it because for some reason they couldn't. as far as I know it works, although I don't really play arma anymore so idk(haven't had it installed in like 2 years or so). I did delete all the dll files from ace. if it helps with anything then i'll be very happy.
