--------The Redoran House--------
Just a simple, well made, typical Redoran PlayerHouse.

--------------------------------------DESCRIPTION----------------------------------------

- Accessible as soon as you arrived in Raven Rock, this little Redoran House
is really helpfull, when you start the DragonBorn DLC and arrived Solstheim,
as it will offer you storages and all the facilities needed to start to investigate
this new island in the better conditions.

- Typical Redoran Interior, using all the new Dark Elf furnituring available
in DragonBorn DLC. The house is separated in two parts, one is the dining
and cooking place, with all blacksmith facilities in the entrance.
The other is reserved to the bedrooms, one main and one for your follower,
with a fire place, an alchemy lab and an enchanting corner.
It has, of course, plenty of storages, and some weapon racks, all safe tu use.

- Adds new unique littleDark Elf style libraries and chimneys,
designed with the DLC vanilla elements.

- The ancient owner of this house, a Redoran named Bolyn Anderlo, is still alive...
...somewhere in Skyrim... I let you search to discover the little background behind
that new playerhouse.
Tips Note: Bolyn finally ended up in the GnisisCorner Club, in Windhelm.

-------------------------------------------LOCATION-------------------------------------

- In Raven Rock, alongside the docks.
Tips Note: there is 2 ways to obtain the key: 1st directly right near the house,
in a dark elf urn against the outside walls, the other is in Bolyn Anderlo's Backpack.

- Request DRAGONBORN DLC
This mod is a standalone, compatible with Dawnguard / Hearthfire and Dragonborn

This is the best house in skyrim for a Dunmer lowkey character. Could you make this house located on the mainland instead? Like secluded in the Falkreath forrest somewhere? :) That would be just amazballs!

Nice mod but way to much smoke indoors . anyway you can fix this would be much appreciated

I checked and removed, small and narrow, only ground floor, without bottom as other cottages in this style. Doing quests will get you home from the bottom floor and all you need. It was better to do something like, where there is no home, near the Skaal village or Tel Mithryn, or Northshore Landing, preferably in those 3 places, but making a home where it is no longer makes sense.
