Shadow Phoenix - All High Elf Factions Submod

Compatible with The Silence and The Fury and the latest version of the required mod.
This is a submod to my Shadow Phoenix mod that allows all High Elf factions to recruit the Shadow Phoenix and its Regiment of Renown rather than just Nagarythe.

Load this ABOVE the original Shadow Phoenix mod and the Radious submod if you have it.

Credits to VanguardMk1 for giving me permission to post submods for his mod, as well as a personal thank you.
Credits to Catholic Alcoholic for helping me get the RoR script working for the this submod so it could stay as a light extension rather than an alternative version of the original mod.
