Description
EDIT: VERY MUCH SO BROKEN IN THE NEW PATCHES SINCE 1.31.

Replaces the traditional EU4 banners with Stellaris-like alert buttons. This is one part of a larger UI overhaul I'm currently working on, but I decided to release this as a standalone.

This would fit really well for a cyberpunk-dystopia-themed mod I was thinking of.
