The vanilla prison is close to perfect, but has too little vans and range.

NOTE : It doesn't have fences ! i wanted to avoid requiring parklife or industries, so you will have to make them on your own !

Van count increased (from 5 to 16)
range extended (from 1 200 to 4 000 if i remember correctly).
