Longer Naval Battles

Description
This mod increases the length of naval battles by reducing the speed, acceleration, deceleration, and turning speed of all ships, while increasing their hitpoints and ignition thresholds.

With thanks to Volcano, whose naval battle mods for Rome II and Attila served as the inspiration and guide for this mod.
