This is the Aperture Monument from Portal Stories: Mel, it has 2 separate models, a clean one and a destroyed one.
This model is really reflective outside of Portal Stories: Mel, set Mat_Specular to 0 to stop the reflections.

This is a port requested by one of my friends.
