Railway 2 is a brand new network package which is packed with numerous new features, while maintaining the existing features of original Railway 1 project. It also brings new types of networks such as quads and mainlines. Check Railway 2 Guide in the collection, linked above.

Hyperion's Gate
Hyperion Gate is a railroad viaduct located in [REDACTED] and spans the valley of [REDACTED] as a part of national railroad network. Prior the construction of the massive viauduct, multiple projects had been considered to link two railroad lines that are separated by the valley. Helix tunnel boring was out of option due to the rock formation and harsh geologic conditions. As a last resort, the government of [REDACTED] greenlit the construction of the bridge complex. While the original name was different, construction workers named the viaduct pillars 'Hyperion's Gate'; after Greek mythology. It is speculated that workers either named eastern approach after Hyperion -which is the name of eastern pillar that holds the heaven- or Hyperion as in the deity, that is related to sun and heavens.

Hyperion's Gate is the largest railroad (and likely largest bridge in general) bridge made for Cities: Skylines, with over 200m of pillar height.

Initially made by the commission of citywokcitywall, I will publish 2 lane version at later date, as it requires R2 overhaul.

  • Pack of 1 network:
  • Elevated prefab: Art deco viaduct.
  • Bridge network: Art deco viaduct with the metal arch span.
  • Tunnel portal: Custom 4 lane tunnel portal, illuminated
  • Tunnel: Custom 4 lane tunnel, illuminated
  • Part of Railway 2: USA expansion, that features accurate rail profile, 1:1 scaled wire height and many more features.
  • Electrified: Comes as electrified networks, use NS2 to disable wires.
  • Adaptive Roads: Use AR to add transmission wires.

Hyperion stonework textures are shared between all prefabs.

Comes as electrified networks. Use Network Skins to disable wires on-dragging, or Catenary Replacer to cancel wires map-wide. Part of RAILWAY project, thus requires Railway Replacer to customize track props.

Highly recommend to check the complete guide for full features and details.

Are there vanilla track variants of all the bridges? I love the bridges but I don't want to download all of the props and I want it all to fit with vanilla tracks and assets in my vanilla+ playthrough.

Description says to use Network Skins 2 to disable catenaries. OR if you are talking about big wires (transmission) you need Adaptive Networks mod

Is there a way to disable the wires? The catenaries can be disabled, but it still leaves the wires.

Loving these pillars. And a lot of your work in general looks stunning. But I am not subscribed to any of it because I don't have much need for standalone rail bridges.

How much work would it be to pull out and release just these or other pillars separately as individual buildings/props?
Or what about any of your arches as standalone networks with the rail removed?

A 4 lane tunnel, illuminated!!!
Thank you, REVO!

I love your bridges, they're beautiful!

I tried looking at your collection and guide, but this is a bit much for me. Can you tell me which track matches the "quad" rails of the default bridge style? So I can start with that, and build up as I understand more of the terminology and what the different mods do.

Loving the style of those pillars :)

You can't leave us EUs hanging without that one, damn! Beautiful work as always.
