[REC] Assertor class artillery frigate

The Assertor class was developed alongside the Aggressor class (true irl) but took significantly longer to finish and fit out, due to the shipyard where the prototype was being developed ending up under siege by LKF forces. The shipyard managed to hold out however, and the prototype was finished and fitted out a few months afterwards.

The Assertor class is an artillery frigate, most commonly used as a mobile anti-ship cannon in blockades or when assaulting blockades for planetary positions. The railgun is best used against stationary or slow targets such as stations or large and slow ships to minimize the chance of missing. The ship however has a lower than average jump range, so it generally sees combat when holding blockades.
