MBT 74B 'CSC Standard Camoflage'

Description
Produced from 1974 until 1978, the MBT 74 was the Cranberry Security Corporations first attempt at building its own Tank, to replace the T55As that were already starting to show their age. Whilst sharing many similarity's with the T55, the MBT 74 was unpopular due to its mechanical faults, and technological failings. Whilst improving over the T55 in terms of Hull Protection, the turret remained without spaced armour, and the tank did not have NBC protection, or watertight capabilitys. One major issue was the FSG supplied powerplant, which boasted terrible Fuel Efficiency, and was known to toast its crew after prolonged usage. With its faults plainly clear, only 142 units were produced, shared between the A and B models, and various other modifications. The tanks only 'combat service' was during the 2003 ROM Uprising, where it fought against Chieftains and Vickers Mk 7 tanks used by the ROM Army. The tanks proved to be more of a burden in tank vs tank combat, and they were instead used to better success to quell any civilian unrest in occupied territory. In the end, the T55 outlived the MBT 74, being the CSC's primary MBT, until the shift to more modern tanks from 2010 onwards. Whilst approximately 45 MBT 74s remain in service in 2021, they are used under a very limited capacity.

//WARNING//
Whilst operating the MBT 74, it is advised to follow these conditions:
Be aware that the primary armament, and commander machine gun can cause physics related damage, if used in an improper manner.
The engine should only be operated at 0.30 throttle or below, to maximise fuel efficiency and prevent you from becoming toast.
The Vehicle has a maximum crew of 3, including the Driver, Gunner and Commander. This means the Gunner or Commander is responsible for manually loading the cannon.

This is the CSC's first MBT, and will have a few faults, please use at your own risk.
Unless specifically trained by CSC personal, the Cranberry Security Corporation is not responsible for any damages occurred to you or others as a result of misuse of this vehicle.
