Since the uploader doesn't seem to be adding the possibility to adjust speed, here's how i did it.
1. Go to "...\steamapps\workshop\content\881100\2644185896" (881100 is the game's id)(2644185896 is the mod's id)
2. open \data
3. open 'magic_numbers.xml' with notepad

now this file has the camera speed settings
- "CAMERA_MOUSE_INTERPOLATION_SPEED" is the speed at which the camera will adapt to the mouse cursor.
- "CAMERA_POSITION_INTERPOLATION_SPEED" is the speed at which the camera will adapt to the player's position

I use 1.5 and 1.8 respectively, 1 would be the default speed.

Would sub if it had some level of adjustability, as-is, it is too fast for my tastes. Great mod, just wish to see that one tweak! <3

very good i like to use it. i would say if it had a slider it would make it more manageable. it was hard to get used to since it moves so fast
