Reduced base-game trinkets Bloating (Capped trinkets)

This is a simple mod that lesses the trinket pool by putting limits on all vanilla trinkets

The limit is 3 for generics to rare trinkets, and 2 for very rares.

This should lessen trinket bloat if you're hunting for a specific trinket. Just make sure not to sell the trinkets back, else they will be added back to the trinket pool!

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANYTHING THAT MODS BASE GAME OR FLAG TRINKETS
