Description
The 3-crew small Scout submarine is back with more! The Eel (by Kazet) was the 2nd revamp job of Battle Mechanic Wally (BMW), It have an upgraded eel theme with a matching colour pallete, increased slipperyness with toggle-able Searchlights and now sporting an Eletric Discharge Coil that range half the ship instead of the extra gun (shocking, right?). Minor tweaks also includes: upgraded Junction Boxes wiring, Meltdown protection sistem and cargo shelf for delivery.

A nice ship for starting captains and small crews. Easy to handle, easy to fix.

Updates:
- 1 less supercapacitor and battery (One of each can handle the basics)
- changed the O2 Generator to a shuttle one
- moved cargo to upstairs and removed a supply box
- now it have a fabricator and deconstructor

I simplified some systems to get enough space for a fabricator and a constructor. they are powered by battery, so power might not always be available.
