BILBO THE HALFLING - Tribute to the Hobbit & LotR Movies

ENGLISH VERSION :
Campaign created by SirMadnessTV. This campaign is a tribute to the Hobbit & Lord of the Ring Movies (Tolkien/Jackson.)
The idea is to propose you a pilgrimage on the path of the Hobbit & Lord of the Ring with a "new groupe of adventurers" many many years after the facts. It's an adaptation. Due to the DM restrictions I will focus on the fighting part first. Later on more "stories dedicated locations" that may be inserted between them when NPC & Quests will come. Thank you for understanding. Note that the maps can 'stand alone" but I suggest you to keep the same group from start to end.
Do not hesitate to leave feedback if you enjoyed. Have fun ! :)

Walking away is the right way though. You're not suppose to fight the wolves, just run faster until the end :)

3 ogres i beat, the 30 wolves the next fight, i just put this down and walk away.

UPDATE 1.1 : Tkx to TWMB for Translation review & Playtest.
- English translation was improved on CH 1 & 2
- Ogre are balanced little more dealing less damages but able to stun for 1 round
- Custom Items added in CH 1.

In a usual campaign I wouldn't neither xD But this particular scene needs it. though the monster were nerf a bit doing only 1d8 damage max and stuff. I'm afraid that the challenge disapear with this but we'll see on further feeback if it's now too easy i'll re-boost this a little. :) anyway thank you for taking time with this feedback are precious :)

Major issue is party dynamic. If you don't a healer and two well armored front liners, you just get rolled. Bad rolls almost guarantee you die. There's little to no terrain advantage. Even a single choke point to fall back too would help lessen the pain. Or some some ruined structure ranged can climb on and be "safe". As a DM I would never send a fight like that after my players. The CR is just too one-sided.

Well.. the Créatures were updated (nerfed on damages STR and tiny bit of HP.) I find the combat now far more easy but tell me if it is. - Also thank to TWMB for the feedback. Note for later, I'm ok with feedback but try to make it constructive please. Otherwise I can't understand what is the "real" probleme of a situation. Like these 3 Ogres a defintly ok for me during the playtests but apparently the "one shot ability" is too punitive. This is the kind of feedback that can help to improve things. Let me know if the new "OGRE-TROLL" is better for you. Thank you a lot for concidering and thank you for your time playing my campaigns ++ have fun :)

Yep :) It's a hard fight indeed. (mentionned in description though.) However what was the difficult part during your playthrough ?
