Description
Gyroscopically-stabilized sniper railgun which fires two 3.5 mm SCHV 'spikes' nearly simultaneously to defeat even hard plate body armor at up to 2 kilometers.

Kills with one torso shot (non-soldiers) or one headshot (soldiers). Perfectly accurate, but it takes a second to stabilize, so no quick-scoping. :)
