Scarification for everyone!

A tiny little patch to unlock the "minor" and "heavy" scarification precepts for ideologies without the Pain Is Virtue meme (unless you have Flesh Purity**) so your colonists can have decorative scars again! ("Extreme" is still exclusive to Pain Is Virtue.) I know this was probably changed in an update so that you don't have to deal with colonists who want to be scarified but then get pissed off about being in pain afterwards, but maybe you're willing to deal with that for RP purposes like me. :) Historically, scarification was on par with tattooing as an expression of cultural beliefs, beauty, and rites of passage, and was more common in parts of the world where people typically had more melanin, which would prevent tattoos from being as visible on their skin. So I wanted that aspect in my game! Instead of it just being limited to dark masochistic types or whatever.

I also added an "indifferent" scarification precept, for ideologies that don't scarify themselves but are fine with others doing so.

As the word bank for scarification ceremonies is still made up of a bunch of masochistic, kind of negative words, you might want to check out my mod More Ideological Words, which will round out the word choices so you get more positive-sounding stuff for the word generator to match your colony's ideological belief.

Should be loaded after anything that adds to the required meme list for scarification. As far as I've seen, that's only been Vanilla Ideology Expanded - Memes and Structures, which this mod will alert you to in your mod list, but I don't use every meme mod out there so there might be more! Let me know if you see anything.



**Note: The Flesh Purity exclusion I put in for minor and heavy scarification makes it so that you can only select extreme scarification if you have both the Flesh Purity and Pain Is Virtue memes chosen. If this bothers anyone I can just remove that exclusion entirely.
