Is this literally a reskin or does it add a new faction? It would be cool to battle the silvers with the blacks, but I'm not finding it in my tech list.

this is a good mod. im a sucker for armed drones because they get into places where bigger actors cant, aaand I just like mechanical units but overall good mod
