I didn't make the map.
If you really want to do that you can download the workshop item and then decompile the map.

Cool map! I wish it was bigger and we had a map of the actual whole street or even a approximate whole town, that would be cool fan service to Family Guy. It was nifty finding Stewies little secret closet, shame it's such a small, simple map though, blasted some zombies on the night version of it tho.
