Ecclefechan

Description
Added the Scottish village Ecclefechan so there's a chance of a Scottish newgen being from the area. (small village in Dumfries and Galloway)

The best chance of seeing a newgen from Ecclefechan is probably the youth intake from Queen of The South, Annan, Gretna or Carlisle.
