"'The Institute'. Ominous right? Makes you wonder what they're teaching in there.
All I know is that whoever gets sentenced for re-education is never quite right again"

  • Based off The Institute from Brutal Cities.
  • Connect grid to ISDC for night light function.
  • Remove or turn off the programmable block found on this building after connecting to ISDC.
  • Wasteland DLC is only needed for textures.

@Strelok it does say in the description what it is used for these prefab buildings were made for creative you could gut the interior and make it into anything you want.this building has 4 levels.

You should expand description, and mention more characteristics: overall purpose (or what it could easily be adapted to), how many levels (looks like it could be 9 - 10 based on image).

Observation: Looks like a city building from Halo, but without any shiny surfaces.
