Cellardwellers (Chems)

Description
Size of Operation: Small
Mission: Put the Insurgent Command Post out of commission.
Unit: 2 Units
Enemy Resistance: Moderate

Briefing: Smack dab in the urban hellzone of Nowhereaki, cell after cell
of insurgents pop up, slip away and return the next day freshly supplied
with a new plan. They've evolved and have become much more organized
than before. Which must mean they have a place to stock up, rest and
overview of the battlefield. The CIA have been monitoring the situation
for weeks now and two days ago picked up on a peculiar traffick
coming in and out of an apartment building.

After asking around they found out the place is just filled with civilians taking refuge in what they claim to be
"the eye of the storm" and the insurgent squads were just passing through.
While not unheard of, that alibi doesn't cover several squads passing through the same building on the same route at least
once every two days but they decided to not poke the hornets nest further. That's when one of the recon operatives
got blinded in their eye by the glint of a scope, coming from the basement...

Situation:

Regardless, that cellar is a prime suspect for insurgent activity and we have enough reason
to break cover to stamp it out. The cellar seems quite abandoned and damaged from the outside, but no doubt
if its an enemy command post it must be fortified. I want you and your partner to destroy anything vital to keeping that
place going: Water supply, defences, comms equipment, armaments, you name it and then disappear faster than
they can know what hit them. If you want to do this with a bit more finesse, disguising yourself as men from another cell
coming to trade could potentially get you inside without having to fight your way in.

Whatever you do, do not tarry for too long or no doubt you'll have a visit from an AK shooting at your back as another squad drops by to resupply.

Intel:

-Place has probably been dug in for a while.

-The cellar more than is tightly packed, move carefully, check your corners.

-Since there is traffic from a lot of different terrorist cells, you could come in disguised with the intention to trade.

-Squads passing by could show up to rest and resupply as well or even worse, to help their brethren out if they hear
fighting from inside.

Good Luck!

Kris: Thank you man! Please check out my other maps, see they're up your alley too.

That's about the feel I wanted the map to represent. A lot of open areas, a lot of directions you and they can come from, different objectives and reinforcement spawns each time.

Glad he stayed put, he's not supposed to ;)

Got it on my second try, went in with a couple of MP5SD Rangers, one at each side, slowly picked them off. During the replay, to my horror, I noticed a machine gunner behind the curtained off square, middle left, facing one of the rangers destroying the gear.. Thankfully he wasn't drawn out, or into suppressive fire, though that would have been neat :steamhappy:

Great map, awesome cellar feel to it, id say it's unique and fun to play!
